1. If I use the online contact form — how will my information be used?
   We use contact form results for the sole purpose of answering your inquiries. We also use the city and state fields to identify where users are contacting us from.
2. Does MermaidCastle.com share, rent, sell, or distribute my personal information with any third party?
   No. We maintain our own secure databases and do not share information.

Opt-Out Policy
You may always opt-out of our email list at any time. You can always remove your email from the mailing list by using the online contact form. MermaidCastle.com will not contact you unless:

• We are answering an inquiry from the online form which you voluntarily gave your email address.
• We are sending out a newsletter which you specifically subscribed to and voluntarily gave your email address (which you can easily opt-out of at any time).

Cookies — How do we use them?
We recently started to use Google Analytics (which tracks website usage, traffic and trends) which does place a cookie on the visitor's hard drive, however we do not collect personally identifiable information about you - we use this aggregated information to see user trends, traffic, and provide visitors relevant and useful information.
