Follow these 5 steps to experience the Yoga Pose magic yourself:

  1. Begin in a kneeling position on your mat, with your knees hip-width apart and your spine tall. Take a deep breath, grounding yourself and connecting with your inner mermaid spirit.
  2. Extend your right leg out to the side, keeping your knee bent at a 90-degree angle. The sole of your foot rests on the mat, and your toes point slightly outward, mirroring the curvature of a mermaid's tail.
  3. Shift your weight onto your left hip, gently lowering it towards the mat. As you do, allow your right hip to open, creating space for the full expression of the pose. Imagine the fluidity and grace of a mermaid gliding through the water.
  4. With an inhale, lift your heart and lengthen your spine. Feel the expansiveness as you reach upward with your left arm, creating a beautiful arching shape reminiscent of a mermaid's enchanting form.
