Mermaid Costume

Halloween Mermaid Costumes have been featured at the famed costume parties in London and Paris. They have been known to frequent the exclusive Halloween parties in New York, Miami and Los Angeles. Typically you will find the sequin skirt with an exaggerated dynamic flared bottom with those ruffled fins which adds to that special Mermaid touch.
